Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast, stuffed with brie, spinach, sundried tomatoes and caramelised onion, creamy seeded mustard jus, sautéed broccolini and roast potato medley.

PORK RIB CUTLET (GF)
Grilled pork rib eye, apple and sultana chutney, burnt carrot puree, roast butter chive potatoes and sautéed broccolini.

BARRAMUNDI FILLET POMODORO (GFO)
Oven baked barramundi, wilted cherry tomato, basil & balsamic glaze, roast butter chive potatoes and sautéed broccolini.

SPINACH GNOCCHI ALLA VODKA (VEG)
Home made spinach gnocchi, cream, pumpkin, vodka sauce with pine nuts, onion, fresh chilli, garlic and sage, topped with pecorino cheese.
